Welcome to Forest Reach, a small, upper waterfall settlement of hunters, producing quality meats and furs for trade, as well as the odd bottle of mead for the workers to wind down with as they stargaze into the evenings.

The village forms a vertical hunting path from forest → camp → homes → river → production/storage → farming.

🌿 Decoration & Immersion

  • Fallen trees as borders
  • Bushes/shrubs between houses
  • Narrow dirt paths (not straight roads)
  • Fences only where needed, e.g. for main settlement edge, farming spot and bridge connecting pathways
  • Torches along paths
  • Small wood piles near doors
  • Tree-line backdrop – grown into the forest, not built over it (mainly pine)
