Chernarus’ landscape consists of mostly rural areas (countryside), with just a few larger cities. The capital of Chernarus is Novigrad, which is located in the south-western region of the country, but isn’t apart of the playable map area. Typical spawn locations are along the south and eastern coasts.
It’s widely observed that both quantity and quality of loot available improves the further north you travel.
